Our units are approximately 400 square feet but can be customized and made larger on demand. In fact, we have already removed walls for our tenants and made their units to suit the size of their operations.
By combining storage units, our tenants can have a beautiful retail storefront and cheaper warehousing space attached to their unit.

In order to keep your business process simple we offer fully inclusive leases.
This means that you pay the same monthly fee no matter how much electricity you use and no matter if it’s very hot or very cold out.
