In fact, we have already removed walls for our tenants and made them units to suit the size of their operations. In order to keep your business process simple we offer fully inclusive leases. This means that you pay the same monthly fee no matter how much electricity you use and no matter if it’s very hot or very cold out. When you are planning the growth of your business you don’t need to add into your plan the complication of factoring in the fluctuation of expenses in your lease. You know on day one what your unit will cost going forward for the duration of your lease.
