Tim Maguire, the president of CUPE Local 79, the union representing the City of Toronto's employees, recently asked the City not to not to support a casino in the City.
Maguire said Toronto is already struggling "under a social infrastructure deficit," which is why he thinks the casino would increase poverty and crime in the city.
Though there's no way to tell how the casino would impact the community of Toronto, the other side of the argument is that it will bring more money to the city, which could improve the local economy. A lot of people have had to downsize their homes or offices due to the economic woes the country is facing, which is why a Toronto self storage unit would be a good way to stay organized with minimal space.
According to the Casino City Press, North American Gaming Almanac, gaming accounted for 0.86 percent of the gross domestic product.
Jiffy offers businesses plenty of options for Toronto storage, whether one needs to store filing cabinets or office supplies. What's more, the company is currently holding a contest for a new iPad 3, which is a device that just about every business person could use to help improve productivity.
