Forty residents evacuated from Toronto apartment due to fire

Forty people recently had to evacuate a Toronto apartment complex after a fire ravaged the interior. According to the Toronto Star, Toronto fire's Rapid Intervention Team was called to the five-story building on March 20. There were no injuries reported; however, one pregnant woman did choose to go to the hospital on her own.

Fires can be extremely damaging and can completely ruin lives. Sometimes people choose to purchase extra space in which to keep belongings as an extra precaution. If someone chooses to do this, renting a Toronto storage space would be an excellent choice.

According to the Canadian Broadcasting Association, resident Elizabeth Baker said she wasn't concerned about the contents of her home, but was worried about her cat's safety.

"It's kind of my worst nightmare, to tell you the truth," she told CBC News. "I know some people think it's just a cat but she's all I have."

Jiffy offers businesses plenty of options for Toronto storage, whether one needs to store filing cabinets or office supplies. What's more, the company is currently holding a contest for a new iPad 3, which is a device that just about every business person could use to help improve productivity.
