Toronto Councillors recently voted on October 31 on whether they should lend a hand to New York City after Hurricane Sandy inflicted a massive amount of damage on the city, the Toronto Star reported. The council decided they will offer help, in order to get the New York City Transit back up and running, if the city wants their help.
