Toronto police searching for car accident witnesses

Police are searching for a witnesses after arriving to the scene of an accident. The man who struck a Toronto police officer with his vehicle remained at the scene as he attempted to aid the officer, however, they are asking for people to come forward if theywatched the incident take place.

While it isn’t likely anyone was able to snap a photograph while the accident occurred, those types of evidence are always the most sought after. For individuals who are photography enthusiasts and find it harder each day to store all the photos they take on a daily basis, they can rent a Toronto storage unit to take care of the problem.

As a result of the crash, the officer suffered broken left shoulder, broken left arm and a broken left leg and was rushed to the hospital after he smashed through the man’s windshield. The driver of the vehicle was 38 years old. Recent Canadian Motor Vehicle Traffic Collision Statistics revealed that people between the ages of 24 and 54 are the majority of the drivers on the road in Canada. In 2010, 46 percent of the drivers involved in crashes sustained serious injuries, while 51.5 resulted in death.
