The latest report from the Toronto Real Estate Board showed that home sales in the greater Toronto area were up 16 percent in July on a year-over-year comparison, marking levels not seen since 2009.
"We are forecasting continued average price growth for the remainder of 2013 and through 2014 as well," Jason Mercer, TREB senior manager of market analysis, told The Calgary Herald. "Months of inventory for low-rise homes remain near record lows, suggesting that sellers' market conditions will remain in place the second half of 2013."
As home sales continue to be strong throughout the greater Toronto area, more homebuyers and sellers will be in need of reputable storage facilities. As storage units can help streamline any move, more individuals should see how Jiffy Self Storage stands above the rest.
Besides budgetpriced Toronto self storage spaces, Jiffy Self-Storage is now offering air conditioned Jiffy Workspaces/Offices with internet, light and power for small businesses and for business persons having outgrown their Toronto small office home office (SOHO). There are a limited number of these workspaces available so contact Jiffy before all the spaces are gone.
