First-time homebuyers waiting for price drop

Over the past few years, a lot of first-time homebuyers throughout the world have been waiting for the perfect opportunity to purchase a home. However, according to the Toronto Star, there have been concerns with whether or not the prices will ever go down. Jody and Michael Fegelman, had that same problem.

"My parents just kept saying, 'Wait. Prices are going to come down,'" Fegelman told the source. "But the truth is, there is a boom going on in Toronto. I don't think things will change or bidding wars will stop."

Individuals who have had to scale down the size of their home due to economic reasons might not have enough room to store all their items, which is why renting a Toronto self storage space would come in handy.

According to the Toronto Real Estate Board, prices for homes increased 2 percent last month.

Jiffy offers businesses plenty of options for Toronto storage, whether one needs to store filing cabinets or office supplies. What's more, the company is currently holding a contest for a new iPad 3, which is a device that just about every business person could use to help improve productivity.
