Over the past few years, there have been a number of new condominium complexes popping up throughout Toronto. However, some individuals are asking an important question of whether or not the buildings are being constructed with the intention of lasting or if they are being carelessly built. Retired architect and developer Lloyd Alter told the Toronto Star that he believes the builders are being "lazy" by hiring just one contractor.
"If you have a building that's brick and glass, you've got to hire a mason, you've got to hire a window guy and you've got to coordinate them," he said. "When you're dealing with floor-to-ceiling glass, you're just dealing with one trade."
While these new condos are built each day, some people still may not have enough money to purchase them due to the economy. Anyone who has had to downsize their property due to financial reasons might want to purchase a Toronto self storage unit to keep their extra items.
Some of the condo plans are expected to improve the communities within Toronto. According to the Globe and Mail, a recent announcement revealed that a new complex will also include a community park.
Jiffy offers businesses plenty of options for Toronto storage, whether one needs to store filing cabinets or office supplies. What's more, the company is currently holding a contest for a new iPad 3, which is a device that just about every business person could use to help improve productivity.
