Company donating holiday party gifts to Santa Claus Fund

While holiday business parties are supposed to increase this year from last year, one business owner is giving the money to a different cause.

Small business owners are encouraged to use self storage in order to save on costs of operating a business as who knows where that money could be going.

Roy Wasley, president and founder of Stagevision, an audio-visual company in Mississauga, hosts a holiday party where Santa comes around and gives presents to employees’ children.

This year, however, he has decided to give the money he usually spends on the presents, which amounts to nearly $3,000, to the Santa Claus Fund.

Earlier this month, 75 volunteers organized bags of food that will be given to 12,000 families throughout the Greater Toronto Area, in a project that began as a part of the Santa Claus Fund.

Jiffy offers businesses plenty of options for Toronto storage, whether one needs to store filing cabinets or office supplies. What's more, the company is currently holding a contest for a new iPad 3, which is a device that just about every business person could use to help improve productivity.
