Home prices up in Canada

Home prices in Canada have been increasing for some time. This does not bode well for the many individuals throughout the Toronto area looking for office space. But there are other solutions, although some are questioning the source setting the value on homes throughout the country.

Self storage units in Toronto can be used in place of office space, allowing small business owners to save money on the housing market, driving up their up their costs and down their profits.

Mortgage insurers, banks and appraisers more recently raised concerns about the margin for error in the database that sets home prices. The system sets values to homes without having an appraiser visit the property.

Nonetheless, data from Statistics Canada showed that new home prices in Canada were up 0.2 percent during August, accounting for the 17th consecutive month-over-month increase. Prices in August were up 2.4 percent from a year ago.

Jiffy offers businesses plenty of options for Toronto storage, whether one needs to store filing cabinets or office supplies. What's more, the company is currently holding a contest for a new iPad 3, which is a device that just about every business person could use to help improve productivity.
