A recent report by Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce shows that Canada is becoming a country of entrepreneurs, as it showed a sharp increase in the number of Canadians starting their own businesses. The report found that during June, a record number of more than a half million Canadians said they had started their own business over the past two years.
For those entrepreneurs looking to save on numerous costs associated with an office building, affordable self storage in Toronto is available for extra space, or can even be used as a place to run a business.
More encouragingly, 80 percent of those new owners said they opted to start a business voluntarily and not because they couldn't find a job. Currently, 15 percent of the Canadian population is self-employed and the recent CIBC report expects the trend will continue to rise. It also showed that this group of entrepreneurs is more educated than previous generations of self starters.
Jiffy offers businesses plenty of options for Toronto storage, whether one needs to store filing cabinets or office supplies. What's more, the company is currently holding a contest for a new iPad 3, which is a device that just about every business person could use to help improve productivity.
